About Us
We are Julie and Erma, we are veterinary technicians, both with a background in obedience and k9 behaviors, who started out many years ago as co-workers. We became friends and wanted to turn our love of dogs along with our years of experience into something special. With the support of our husbands, we created K9 Sidekicks to bring an amazing addition to your family and give you a great and exciting experience along the way.
We are so excited you’re here and we look forward to helping you find your next doodle “sidekick”. We love our dogs, and they are a big part of our lives. We want our puppies to find a loving home that can give them all they deserve.
What Makes Our Doodles Extraordinary
To ensure that our puppies have the best start in life, we perform OFA (orthopedic) and genetic testing on all our breeding females. We also require the same testing on any studs that we may use.
We breed for health first and foremost and then of course amazing temperaments, sweet personalities and a whole lot of cuteness. We implement ENS and ESI to help with the development of our doodles. They are exposed to many other sounds, sights and experiences that they may encounter throughout their life.

​Our puppies will be well loved and socialized, they will have medical records of their exam with 1st set of vaccines and a fecal parasite test done by one of the veterinarians we work with at 8 weeks of age, and a bag of food they will be started on when they join your family. We will also include helpful notes to ensure an easy transition for your doodle into their new home.​
